- CLEET Phase I and II, Basic Unarmed Security
This forty (40) hour course satisfies the
training requirements established by CLEET. Upon completion of this
course you will be ready to take your State exam and apply for an
Unarmed Security License.
- CLEET Phase III, Private Investigator Training
This thirty-five (35) hour course completes
the required CLEET training for Private Investigators. Upon completion
of this course and CLEET Phase I and II, you will be ready to take the
State exam and apply for an Unarmed Private Investigator's License.
- CLEET Phase
IV, Basic Firearms Training
This thirty-two (32) hour is designed to
satisfy the training requirements in applying for an Armed Security

- Accident
Investigation
This eight (8) hour course is designed
especially for private investigators who are asked to conduct follow-up
automobile accident investigations for attorneys and insurance
adjustors. SOR will furnish all necessary equipment and materials.
- Advanced
Investigations (The only course of it's kind for
Privator Investigators)
This twenty-four (24) hour course offers
instruction in report writing and case preparation, interviews and
interrogations, fingerprinting, crime scene photography, plaster
casting, physical evidence recovery, body fluid examination guidelines
and collection, and tape recording statements. SOR will furnish all
necessary equipment and materials.
- Bomb Threat
Management
This four (4) hour course is designed
especially for security professionals who may be required to design a
bomb threat management plan for their agency. SOR will furnish all
necessary equipment and materials.
- CPR/AED/First Aid
This eight (8) hour certified American Heart
Association CPR and AED course is designed especially for anyone needing
certification or the desire to help. The program is a course is a
combination of video and hands-on training. SOR will furnish all
necessary equipment and materials.
- Electronic
Counter Measures
This twenty-four (24) hour course offers
instruction in the methods and equipment for locating an electronic
listening device, devices most commonly used, methods used to gain
information, and terms and definitions of the Electronic Counter
Measures field. SOR will furnish all necessary equipment and materials.

Fugitive Investigation and Apprehension(Bounty Hunter)
This twenty-four (24) hour course teaches
through an intense hands-on curriculum, how to locate, conduct
surveillance, and arrest fugitives who have jumped bond and/or left the
jurisdiction of the court. (Use of Force Options and Surveillance
Operations required before attending this course.) SOR will furnish all
necessary equipment and materials.
- Interviews
and Interrogations
This four (4) hour course offers instruction in
the development of the interview, reading body language, tape recording
of statements, the importance of privacy, and verbal statements. SOR will
furnish all necessary equipment and materials.
- Introduction to Drug Labs (Call SOR for further information on
this course)
This is a four (4) hour course.
- Loss
Prevention Techniques
This four (4) hour course offers instruction
in shoplifting laws according to Title 21, and includes instruction in
types of shoplifters, point-of-no-return policies, behavior that signals
shoplifting, elements of shoplifting crimes, detention vs. arrest, report
writing, and the force continuum and handcuffing techniques. SOR will
furnish all necessary equipment and materials.
- Process Service
This four (4) hour course offers instruction in
the proper service and return of subpoenas and summons, and special
circumstances relating to other court documents commonly encountered on
the job. SOR will furnish all necessary equipment and materials.

Professional Leadership Development
This sixteen (16) hour course teaches
supervisors and other lead professionals proven techniques to properly
supervise their subordinates. This course is designed to enhance skills
that may already be possessed by the new supervisor and will allow them
to receive willing cooperation from their subordinates and successfully
complete assigned tasks.
- Protection
Specialists (Bodyguard)
This twenty-four (24) hour course trains
individuals in the theory and practice of "Protection Specialist
". It prepares the student to detect, avoid, and if necessary, to
repel an attack on their principal. Topics covered include advances,
route surveys, theory of evasive driving, bomb threat management, and
case studies of attacks. (Use of Force Options and Surveillance
Operations required before attending this course).
- Search and
Rescue
This physically intensive forty-eight (48) hour
course offers instruction based on the methodical and time proven system
of the National Association for Search and Rescue (NASAR) standards,
CPR/AED, hazardous materials for the First Responder, urban building
search techniques, tracking operations, legal and ethical aspects of
search and rescue, incident command, and survival and improvising.
Students are required to provide personal equipment as listed on pdf
document.

Security Officer Emergency Response Training (SERT)
This twenty-four (24) hour course offers
instruction in terrorism awareness, hazardous material awareness, bomb
threat management, emergency assessments of building structures, the START,
rapid triage system, CPR/AED certification, rescue lifts and carrying
techniques for the injured, and officer safety equipment. SOR will furnish
all necessary equipment and materials. Students must dress in PT gear and
sneakers or running shoes.
- Skip Tracing Techniques

This eight (8) hour course offers instruction in
utilizing the computer Internet, public information resources, records
people think are private, and development of less often used information
for tracking down and locating individuals. SOR will furnish all necessary
equipment and materials.
- Stalking the
Stalker
This intense eight (8) hour course is a no
nonsense program designed specifically to develop needed survival skills
for both women and men. SOR will furnish all necessary equipment and
materials.
- Starting Your
Own Business
This eight (8) hour course is designed for
individuals starting security or private investigation companies, and
includes instruction in the making of a bid proposal, business office
startup costs, service retainers, specific equipment requirements and
costs, and the construction of an effective business plan. SOR will
furnish all necessary equipment and materials.
- Surveillance
Operations
This twenty-four (24) hour course offers
instruction in camera equipment, surveillance skills and kits, the use of
electronic surveillance equipment and setup, foot surveillance, vehicle
surveillance, the special needs of rural surveillance including the
purpose of rural surveillance, equipment essentials and camouflage
techniques, identifying various booby traps, avoiding booby traps, and
using remote cameras. SOR will furnish all necessary equipment and
materials.
- Use of Force Options
(UFO)
This twenty-four (24) hour course offers
instruction in handcuffing, O.C. spray, baton, weapon retention,
surviving edged weapons, defensive tactics with the mini-flashlight, and
officer survival. Students must dress in PT gear and sneakers or running
shoes. SOR will furnish all necessary equipment and materials.
- Workplace Violence
This four (4) hour course includes instruction
in cause and effect of workplace violence and building an emergency
response plan to avoid injury to secondary victims. SOR will furnish
all necessary equipment and materials.
